A passionate educator with more than three decades of experience in Delhi and ‘Pan India’. Ms. Wadhwa is from Delhi and had her school and college Education from a Convent school & Delhi University throughout.
She is Masters in English, M.Ed., M.Phil(Education), M.B.A Administration and school leadership. She began her voyage in the field of education as a Primary Teacher in 1991 in Convent school in Delhi followed by TGT English and PGT English in Delhi schools for 24 years and finally as a Principal of a CBSE school in 2010
A perfect blend of energy, enthusiasm and knowledge, she guides the students and leads the faculty team with vigor to achieve the educational goals. She believes doing is learning and motivates the students to involve themselves in creative projects to broaden their mental horizon and develop confidence. Her perseverance and meticulous planning makes her an exemplary person in the field of education.
Her curriculum development skill is par excellence and has conducted numerous teachers training sessions for the same. She is a dynamic leader with wonderful communication skills and a visionary who set goals of high standards and strives to achieve them with utmost dedication and sincerity.
Icing the cake she has participated in various workshops and seminars which speaks volumes about her curiosity for learning because she is a firm believer that learning continues from cradle to the grave. Such a great visionary brings with her an innovative approach to the changing paradigms in the field of education. Such academicians and motivators are required at all level to raise the bar of educational standards at national and international level which is the need of the hour.
